Executive Summary

Getting started with this restaurant we will investigate price, ambiance, location, and of course any policies that must be discussed.  Essentially the goal of A Notte is to fill and entertain guests for hours while allowing those to enjoy the company of friends and family.

Considering that A Notte is a restaurant where a meal is intended to be consumed over several hours, include many drinks, and family style servings it is to be assumed that this restaurant would be generally restricted to the higher price range. The ingredients will also be of the highest possible quality, healthier grain to rich truffles A Notte will be a place to enjoy the finer tastes.

As the old saying goes “location, location, location” and this belief we hold to be true at A Notte as well. By locating our restraints in the most convenient and scenic outlook A Notte will be the restaurant to be at, at the place to be.  Locally on the edge of ocean Blvd currently in Santa Monica is where we have been looking to locate ourselves in order to obtain more walk in traffic.

Our dinners will be one of two ways, of course there will be a menu where one or a group could select multiple courses of which to be shared or enjoyed alone in order to accommodate those with picky tastes. Or the preferred (and of course more expensive) option would be to eat a family meal where the chef chooses multiple dishes for multiple courses to be brought and shared for those around the table. This also includes 2 refills on the jug of wine for the table, of which more can be available for purchase.

A Notte is intended to inspire a much longer dinner atmosphere than this typical demographic is used to; keeping with the fact that the restaurant will be going against a social norm measures to increase the longevity of the dining experience. These will include having live classical Italian guitar music , this should not be thought of as a band but merely a relaxing and appropriate ambiance setter. On top of this wine will be served either through bottle selection or preferably using our “jug” service where house wine will continually be delivered to the table via a glass pitcher. The restaurant will always attempt to be less than well lit and attempt to hold as true to an Italian villa look as possible, we want this place to feel like a home.

Thus we believe if we can achieve these goals laid out that A Notte would be a very profitable restaurant and one of which has practically limitless expansion possibilities

A Notte

A Notte is an Italian restraunt aimed at bringing the lingering yet comfortable italian dinner atmosphere to the states. Focused on traditional northern italian dinner at A Notte dinner is an event. Taking hours and including many courses, drinks, and laughs, dinner at A Notte should be used to catch up with family again

My proposed venture.

When looking at the continual population growth that the Earth has been experiencing especially over the last century it has become clear that clean water will not always be easily attainable. In fact considering how rapidly the population is increasing, and the fact that so little of the total water on this planet is drinkable, in fact, a great opportunity is there if one could find a way to effectively purify water and deliver it affordably. What I believe would be a noteworthy business would be to set up a water processing plant in an area where water is easy to come by, but not necessarily clean water. By purifying the water here we could provide clean water to those in need around the plant as well as pay little for the land and survive in a tough business environment.
